1. Who we are

This website is run by SonicMOTOR New Materials Co., Ltd. ("SonicMOTOR", "we"). Contact details are on the Contact page.

2. Use of the website

You may use this website to learn about our products, request samples or quotations, apply as a distributor and check warranties. You must not misuse the website, try to access accounts that are not yours or enter false warranty data.

3. Product information and previews

We describe our films as accurately as we can. Specifications can change without notice. The 3D configurator and photos are for illustration only: real colors depend on light, paint and screens. Order a physical swatch to check a color before you buy.

4. Quotations and orders

Prices, minimum quantities, payment and delivery are agreed for each order. A quotation is not binding until we confirm the order in writing.

5. Free samples

Sample kits are for detailing shops, distributors and other businesses. The sample film is free; the courier cost is paid by the receiver. We may decline requests that do not meet these conditions.

6. Electronic warranty

The warranty period depends on the film and starts on the installation date. It is valid only for installations by authorized shops that are registered in the SonicMOTOR e-warranty system. Damage from accidents, improper installation, improper care or modification is not covered. See the warranty page for details.

7. Studio and distributor accounts

Accounts are opened after approval by SonicMOTOR. Account holders are responsible for keeping their password safe and for the accuracy of the warranty records they register. We may suspend accounts that are misused.

8. Intellectual property

The SonicMOTOR name, logo, photos, texts and data sheets belong to SonicMOTOR. Authorized distributors and shops may use the files from our download center to promote SonicMOTOR products.

9. Liability

To the extent allowed by law, SonicMOTOR is not liable for indirect losses from the use of this website. Nothing in these terms limits rights that cannot be limited by law.

10. Changes

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows the latest version.
